If you are planning to sign up a new trainee/employee, from 1/7/2012: Existing Workers will only get $3,000 on COMPLETION, only IF they complete and they WILL NOT GET THE COMMENCEMENT INCENTIVE OF $1,500
New Start Trainees in Laboratory Operations, Manufactured Mineral Products and Process Plant Operations WILL still get both incentives ($1,500 commencement + $2,500 completion) but you will only receive commencement at 6 months instead of the current 3 months.
